We’re looking for a forward-thinking IT Applications Manager to lead our enterprise applications portfolio and support Durabuilt’s digital transformation journey. This is your chance to shape the technology roadmap, mentor a talented team, deliver high-impact solutions across the organization, and gain exposure to global best practices through opportunities to attend major industry conferences such as Dreamforce in San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Define and execute an enterprise applications roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and growth strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and implement best practices for development, support, and delivery.

Application Management

  • Oversee the support, development, and integration of mission-critical enterprise systems: ERP (Paradigm CenterPoint/MasterPoint), Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities), HRIS, MES, and custom in-house applications.
  • Ensure SLA adherence for incident response and resolution at all priority levels.
  • Conduct technical design and code reviews to maintain system integrity and scalability.

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Drive standardization of SDLC processes, release management, and support workflows.
  • Evaluate and enhance toolsets for backlog management, release planning, and support (e.g., Jira or alternatives).
  • Champion AI adoption and automation pilots across the enterprise to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand evolving needs and align IT initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party integrations to support IT strategy.
  • Lead key projects such as the upcoming HRIS and payroll system implementation and preparation for a potential ERP upgrade.

Technical Environment

  • ERP: Paradigm CenterPoint/MasterPoint (industry-specific ERP system)
  • CRM: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, custom apps)
  • Languages: .NET (primary development platform); open to modern development stacks for new initiatives
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server (primary), PostgreSQL (legacy)
  • Reporting Tools: SSRS, Tableau

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in IT application delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-scale applications and technical teams.
  • Strong technical expertise with .NET, SQL Server, Salesforce, AWS, and familiarity with BI tools.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and setting up performance metrics.
  • Hands-on programming experience in modern development stacks for technical oversight.
  • Exposure to data warehousing and business intelligence concepts is an asset.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented, problem-solving approach
