POSITION OVERVIEW

Kruger Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Analyst specializing in Financial Solutions to bridge our corporate Finance and IT departments. This role will support and enhance our financial systems, focusing on JD Edwards (JDE) Finance and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). Experience with SAP ECC Finance and Controlling (FICO) is a plus.

The IT Analyst, Financial Solutions, will ensure systems effectively support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will also contribute to modernization projects and system improvements to support Kruger’s growth and evolving operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support and maintain JDE Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing, and Fixed Assets.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance and data integrity.
• Partner with finance teams to develop and test system improvements.
• Enhance dashboards and models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and user acceptance testing.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
• Provide training and ongoing support to financial system users.
• Integrate financial platforms with broader enterprise systems.
• Contribute to the roadmap for financial system modernization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting.

CPA or equivalent financial certification is a strong asset.

EXPERIENCE

5-10 years supporting financial systems, with at least 3-5 years supporting JD Edwards and TM1 solutions.

Proven ability to develop and maintain TM1 models.

Strong skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with TM1 scripting (TurboIntegrator, Rules) and JDE financial modules.

Experience designing and supporting system integrations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Solid understanding of financial transactions across sales, procurement, and manufacturing.

Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles.

Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and service management.

Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA financial modules and integrations is a strong asset.

LANGUAGES

Bilingual in French and English. English proficiency is required for communication with North American partners. Kruger has assessed the actual language needs to ensure appropriate requirements without unnecessary imposition.
