Job description

  • Collaborate across the Business Unit to develop and implement processes and standards, ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement. Use expertise to assess materials, identify gaps and weaknesses, and drive corrective actions through stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the Innovation team in building business plans, monitoring progress, and aligning drafts with BU strategies. Prepare and submit timely business planning reports to SLT, gathering information from Innovation leaders.
  • Conduct targeted internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to processes and standards, report findings and recommendations to the Manager, Controls and Governance, and lead implementation and change management activities in response to audit findings, liaising with internal and external audit teams.
  • Assist in gathering evidence and coordinating external audits.
  • Support Innovation vendor management by assisting leaders and project leads in vendor engagement initiation and contract management. Lead pre-procurement activities and liaise with Procurement during the vendor selection process.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and :

  • Have 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT Audit, IT GRC, IT Risk Management, Technology Risk Consulting, or IT Project Management.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Visio and Project.
  • Working towards or have achieved certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISA.
