We’re on the lookout for a systems-savvy surfer to join our crew as an IT Systems Administrator. If you thrive on solving problems before they break, love optimizing processes, and know your way around both hardware and scripting shores, this could be your perfect set.

As our go-to wave rider for all things corporate tech, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, improving, and securing our internal IT ecosystem—ensuring every part of the organization enjoys smooth, uninterrupted operation. From provisioning new gear to tightening access controls, you'll keep our digital beach clean, secure, and high performing.

And while a surfboard not required, but a valid Ontario G2 license is!

How Will You Make An Impact

• Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, Azure Active Directory, and Intune like a seasoned lifeguard watches the beach.
• Provision and fine-tune workstations (Windows/macOS) for local and remote crew members, keeping performance clean and waves smooth.
• Reinforce our identity and access management with MFA, SSO, and role-based access that keeps our systems shipshape.
• Script like a tech wizard—build automated workflows with PowerShell that eliminate manual riptides and boost efficiency.
• Monitor performance, flag rogue waves, and keep everything in line with our security and compliance standards.
• Keep track of IT hardware—whether it’s new boards (laptops) or gear that needs to be retired.
• Serve as the first responder for IT support requests and help crew members navigate hardware, access, and app challenges.
• Help manage and support third-party SaaS tools—like JIRA, Hubspot, Slack, Wordpress, Rippling, and others.
• Document IT processes and maintain internal tech knowledge bases—your survival guide for new crew members.
• Tackle in-office Wi-Fi and networking wipeouts in partnership with our facilities team.
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• 4+ years of experience surfing the waves of IT systems administration or operations, especially with Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud.
• Advanced skills with PowerShell scripting—you automate like a pro.
• Familiar with managing endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Fluent in security best practices—you understand data privacy, Zero Trust, and how to keep sharks (aka threats) at bay.

• Deep experience in IT systems administration, with 4+ years managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Proven skill in scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across both Windows and macOS devices
• A solid grasp of security frameworks, including MFA, SSO, Zero Trust principles, and role-based access controls
• Ability to support hybrid and remote teams with technical troubleshooting, device provisioning, and software support
• A proactive mindset focused on solving problems before they escalate and continuously improving IT systems
