Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
• Achieve productivity and service objectives
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers as needed for strategic customers
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and strategic returns
• Partner with SAM and leadership on account needs

Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as an ISO Parts Pro

• Working knowledge of automotive systems, including diagnostic abilities such as Ignition, internal engine, suspension
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&L statements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to understand and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
• Proficiency in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, including fractions and decimals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends as needed
