Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Design and development of modern IT infrastructure architectures: Creation of tailored concepts, definition of infrastructure standards, and close collaboration with project teams to ensure scalable and future-proof solutions.
• Technology evaluation and strategic vendor assessment: Identification, analysis, and comparison of emerging technologies and suppliers to continuously enhance the IT infrastructure landscape.
• Consulting and interface function: Expert support for business units on infrastructure-related topics and coordination between project stakeholders and operational infrastructure teams.
• Responsibility for IT infrastructure services: Ownership of selected IT services, including installation and administration, as well as participation in defining project requirements and specifications.
  
  
  

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

• Broad knowledge and market overview of current enterprise IT infrastructure technologies (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud computing)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, especially Active Directory
• Application and database architecture basics
• Affinity for new technologies
• Basic knowledge of projects and methods and ITIL an advantage
• Experience in setting up scalable, highly available and high-performance IT systems/architectures

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4,341.85 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
