Job summary

ABB zoekt een Senior Service Owner voor Legal & Integrity Information Systems die wereldwijd complexe projecten aanstuurt en projectteams coördineert. Je definieert planningen en governance en werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, leveranciers en architects om succesvolle leveringen te realiseren.

Je hebt minimaal 5+ jaren ervaring in internationale projecten, met sterke skills in project-/vendor-management en ervaring met Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps en Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5+ jaren ervaring met het leveren van complexe Information Systems projecten in een internationale omgeving.
• Sterke vaardigheden in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management en Business Analysis.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint en Microsoft 365 is een voordeel.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Responsibilities

• Leiding geven aan end-to-end levering van wereldwijde Information Systems-projecten binnen het Legal & Integrity-portfolio.
• Definiëren van alle projectdocumenten in samenspraak met stakeholders (scope, business case, planningen, budgetten, governance, communicatie, risico's).
• Beheren van meerdere gelijktijdige initiatieven zoals applicatie-implementaties, system-verbeteringen en vendor-transities.
• Ondersteunen van RFP-processen, leveranciersselectie, contractonderhandelingen en implementatie-activiteiten.
• Coördineren van cross-functionele projectteams bestaande uit business stakeholders, externe leveranciers, architecten en analisten.
• Monitoring van projectfinanciën (budgetten, forecasts, facturen, kostenregistratie).
• Beheren van risico's, afhankelijkheden en escalaties en zorgen voor tijdige oplossingen.
• Zorgen voor naleving van ABB-governance, beveiliging, architectuur en compliance.
• Voorbereiden van executive-level projectrapportage en stuurgroepmaterialen volgens het ABB-gatemodel.
• Samenwerken met Service Owners en Operations Managers voor een soepele overgang van projectlevering naar operationele ondersteuning.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define project planning strategies, select and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies, and lead the successful execution of global Legal & Integrity Information Systems initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, business analysts, and service teams to deliver solutions that support ABB's Legal and Integrity function worldwide.

This role is contributing to the Core IS Function - IS Legal & Integrity and
delivers services to Corporate Legal & Integrity colleagues globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of global Information Systems projects within the Legal & Integrity portfolio.
• Defining all project documents jointly with stakeholders, including scope, business case, schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance, communication, and risk management plans.
• Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, including application implementations, system enhancements, vendor transitions, data migrations, compliance initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Supporting RFP, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and implementation activities for Legal and Integrity applications.
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams consisting of business stakeholders, external vendors, architects, developers, support teams, and business analysts.
• Monitoring project financials, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking.
• Managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while driving timely resolutions.
• Ensuring project delivery complies with ABB governance, security, architecture, and compliance requirements.
• Preparing executive-level project reporting and steering committee materials according to ABB gate model.
• Collaborating with Service Owners and Operations Managers to ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational support.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 5+ years of experience delivering complex Information Systems projects in an international environment.
• You have established skills in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and Business Analysis.
• You are highly adept in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management practices.
• You have experience managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners, and software vendors.
• You are passionate about collaboration, problem solving, and building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
• You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• You have excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
