This position reports to

IS Product Manager, ERP PP/QM/PM

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish a regional IS organization to drive standardization and harmonization of solutions and ensure delivery of high-quality IS services for ABB business units within the NAM region. You will be part of the ERP PP/QM team, reporting to the ERP PP/QM Manager. The work model for the role is: hybrid Preferred location: Canada, Mexico, US You will be mainly accountable for: • Accountable for the technical and functional landscape under Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance. • Collaborate closely with all other SAP functionals, non-SAP domains, and demand organization from the business. • Design and deploy technical ERP solutions aligned with business needs and ABB ERP CoE Guidelines. • Translate requirements from projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties. • Manage the ERP CoE solution blueprint. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of Materials Management. • Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes. • Ensure work in the Americas is aligned with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and ABB Group Guidelines. • Manage assigned budget on projects effectively and deliver activities within agreed schedules and costs. • Increase overall satisfaction with ERP CoE and IS services by assessing expectations and influencing stakeholder perceptions. This position reports to ERP PP/QM Manager

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• 5-10 years of SAP experience in Production Planning, Quality Management, and/or Plant Maintenance related processes.
• Multiple Full Life Cycle solution deployment in a functional analyst position.
• Experience in working on Regional ERP Environments and governance.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment with team members in different time zones.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and general PC knowledge.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
