Job description

Tacten is currently looking for IRATA Technicians Level 1 to support projects in the Atlantic Region (St. John's and area). If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at height
  2. Proficiently use various tools and techniques while suspended on ropes
  3. Work within a composite crew and assist Journeyman with various tasks
  4. Coordinate with other personnel on the job site to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
  • Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset
  • IRATA Level 2 Certification
  • Safety certifications as required by client and provincial standards
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain positive relations with clients and co-workers
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with high technical and performance capabilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
