Job summary

WQS Group of Companies in Fort McMurray, AB, Canada is recruiting IRATA certified insulators for the 2026 Fall Turnaround season. Roles include Journeyman and Apprentice positions with 12-hour shifts, 6 days on and 1 day off, for August to October 2026.

Hourly rates range from $32.00 to $67.00. Flights and camp are provided, and a Local Incentive Program is available for eligible Fort McMurray locals. Join a safety‑driven team focused on excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• IRATA Certification required or pursuing IRATA level
• Registered Apprentice or Journeyman Insulator certification required
• Must be Fit for Duty and comply with safety policies incl. drug testing
• Valid driver's license with a 3-year abstract; Confined Space & Safe Work certifications are a bonus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude; high safety standards expected
