What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer technical engagements and serve as the primary interface for all pre-sales activities
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into effective solutions and network designs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, positioning the employer as a thought leader
- Create tailored presentations and conduct demonstrations of the employer’s network portfolio
- Oversee engineering efforts in customer labs, including network design and equipment certification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, equipment vendors, or large enterprise environments with IP/MPLS, Optical Transport, SDN, or Cloud technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Exceptional customer communication skills and the ability to facilitate architecture discussions
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (pre-sales, consulting, delivery)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including BGP and EVPN/VXLAN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with cloud computing, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Cloud-native Network Functions (CNF)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, OpenStack, NFV, DevOps, CI/CD, and related technologies
- Knowledge of the employer's IP and Optical portfolio
- Demonstrated experience in designing and operating Data Center Fabric Networks
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems
