Job summary

Google's Waterloo-based team is seeking a Software Developer for Google Chat iOS. You will build and maintain iOS applications, collaborating with product and design to deliver high-quality features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in Objective-C or Swift.
• 2 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on iOS software projects for Google Chat.
• Implement and test features end-to-end, improving the existing mobile infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX Design to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Leverage DevAI tools to enhance daily workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
