Overview

Our client is looking for an iOS Developer to join their team for 12+ months, 40 hours per week, onsite downtown Toronto (3x per week onsite).

Base pay range

CA$45.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Build a brand-new iOS app from scratch using Swift and modern frameworks
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend developers to deliver features quickly
• Participate in architecture decisions and help define technical direction
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and iterate fast
• Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles

Qualifications

• 4+ years of iOS development experience
• Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
• Experience building apps from scratch or working on greenfield projects
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Available to work onsite in Toronto 3-4 days per week (this will likely ease up)
