Job Description

We are looking for an iOS Engineer who has a passion for exciting new mobile experiences and a drive for excellence in execution. The iOS Engineer will work with the talented Digital Labs team to deliver exciting and innovative new mobile experiences that shape the landscape within sports and entertainment.

Position Type: Freelance 12-Month Contract

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications for the iOS platform.
  • Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance existing features or introduce new ones.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and development cycles.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Swift and solid understanding of MVVM architecture.
  • Experience developing UI, preferably with SwiftUI.
  • Skilled in integrating RESTful APIs for backend communication.
  • Proficient in using Git and version control systems.
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Understanding of push notification services.
  • Experience integrating analytics and data tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to assist in software development.
