Are you passionate about helping commercial customers? Do you have experience with invoicing, order processing, and customer communication? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a detail-oriented invoicing clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage incoming orders in our ERP system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Open and maintain customer files, enter orders, and oversee proposal approvals.
  • Address and resolve any delivery issues professionally and efficiently.

Invoice Management:
  • Create and submit invoices based on purchase order requirements.
  • Obtain management approval for project invoices.
  • Manage invoicing across internal and external platforms.
  • Support resolution of billing disputes as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in invoicing or order administration is a strong asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
