Job Description

We are presently recruiting for an Invoicing Analyst within the Technology & Data (T&D) Strategy and Operating Office. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the timely processing of T&D invoices and ensuring the accuracy of expense coding information.

The Opportunity :

  • Own and maintain a centralized invoicing mailbox
  • Direct invoices to appropriate managers for approval
  • Ensure invoices are sent to Expense Operations to be paid in a timely and efficient manner
  • Update invoice tracker for status of invoices and expense coding information
  • Check for discrepancies in expense coding information
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice status and payment details
  • Guide managers in requirements for setting up new vendors
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy of invoicing operations

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Communicate in a clear, succinct, organized manner verbally and in writing
  • Independent, resourceful and able to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and T&D colleagues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
