A leading company in Toronto is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Scarborough location. The role involves scanning and indexing invoices, data entry, and various administrative tasks. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to type accurately, and possess a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving. Safety requirements include wearing safety boots and the ability to lift 30+ lbs.
Objective:
Operating out of our Scarborough, ON location and reporting to the Product & Process Supervisor the primary responsibility of this position is to assist with all aspects of scanning and indexing of invoices and delivery documents for shipping; and all other related administrative tasks.
Hours: 40 hours/week. Shifts go from 10:00AM-8:30PM Monday-Thursday.
