Availability:

To work between 8:00AM and 8:00PM EST Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Will most likely be asked to work the 10-6/11-7/12-8 shift once training is completed.

Will be required to complete the CSC, CPH, and DFOL certifications within a specific time frame to be fully functional in the role.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and provide wealth and investment-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects.
  • Guide customers on wealth and investment strategies and products that meet their objectives.
  • Fulfills sales and service activities according to approved procedures.
  • Identify and refer opportunities to other business groups as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust through expertise, responsiveness, and support.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships and expand share of wallet.
  • Make outbound calls proactively to enhance customer experience with suitable products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
  • Provide expertise on products, processes, and systems.
  • Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities for team members.
  • Execute performance plans and provide feedback.
  • Develop short-term tactics to drive specific behaviors and results.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and advise on investment options.
  • Achieve sales targets related to investment products.
  • Manage transactional outcomes and escalate complex issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of markets and trends and incorporate into customer conversations.
  • Integrate marketing promotions appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of market trends and product offerings.
  • Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products.
  • Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) / IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative with Options.
  • Understanding of Risk Management & Compliance.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
Salary:

$44,500.00 - $82,500.00

Pay Type:

Salaried, with potential for performance-based incentives, bonuses, and benefits. Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
