Job Purpose

The Senior Associate & Dealing Representative in Investor Services supports the team by providing exceptional service and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other investors. The role involves collaborating with departments like finance, operations, portfolio management, asset management, marketing, and compliance to produce investor reports, support new product launches, and assist with audits and tax documentation. Process analysis and automation of manual tasks are also key responsibilities.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Investor Engagement: Meet with existing and potential investors, providing personalized service, investment advice, and information on Trez's offerings.
  • Client Management: Manage accounts for high-net-worth individuals and family offices, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain current client files meeting regulatory standards, including KYC and suitability requirements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Support the creation of fund fact sheets, performance reports, and investor communications. Keep investors informed and engaged.
  • Project Support: Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance investor servicing.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in capital raising activities and support the sales team.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in financial services, with 3+ years as a Licensed Exempt Market Dealing Representative.
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFSE course; registration eligibility required.

Offered is a competitive total rewards package, with a base salary range of $77,520 to $116,280, depending on experience. Only direct applications will be accepted.
