We are seeking an investor relations director who will be an integral part of our growing IR practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Advise client management teams on matters including IR strategies, public company disclosures, ESG reporting and disclosures, and corporate access
• Lead corporate access initiatives, including virtual and in-person non-deal road shows and analyst / investor days
• Build and maintain strong teamwork within the IR team and collaborate across firm practice groups
• Develop and manage strategic investor relations plans
• Track and report on client’s competitor / peer business developments and financial results
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients’ sell-side analysts and institutional investors
• Engage with clients’ prospective institutional investors
• Develop public company IR tools, including investor presentations, executive scripts and Q&A, corporate and financial news releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, ESG / CSR reports, annual and quarterly reports, etc.
• Support business development activities led by Lambert managing directors

Required Technical Skills :

• 7+ years of progressive experience experience in U.S. public company investor relations, through roles in corporate IR, as an outside consultant to listed companies, or in related fields such as equity research.
• Strong critical thinking and financial acumen
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and verbal skills
• Honed quantitative and qualitative research skills
• ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities between multiple client assignments and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, particularly for financial analysis and / or reporting, as well as Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Familiarity with capital markets or investor relations platforms, such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital Markets Intelligence, SNL, FactSet and / or IHS Ipreo BD
• Prior experience in consumer or technology sectors a plus
• Our ideal candidate will be based in our Miami, NYC, Chicago and Detroit markets. Highly qualified candidates from other U.S. locations will be considered
• Spanish or Mandarin fluency would be additional pluses.
