We're partnering with a leading insurance & investments organization to hire an Investment System Implementation Leader to support their Investment Finance function, specifically with an investment system conversion and implementation.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys acting as an internal consultant--partnering with investment teams to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting.

Our client, is currently using SS&C's Portia investment system. They are looking to implement a new system and are just in the beginning stages of requirements gathering. This position will act as the bridge between Investment Finance and Systems, leading the implementation of a new investment system (the full scope is still being determined - with our client considering IBOR, ABOR, or OMS options).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead process improvement initiatives across Investment Finance
• Lead the investment system implementation and conversion
• Partner with stakeholders to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks
• Design and implement scalable solutions, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Support development of management systems (KPIs, reporting, training, governance)
• Deliver training on process improvement methodologies
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in investment operations or investment finance
• Strong experience implementing investment systems
• Experience migrating from Portia, or experience with Portia, considered a strong asset
• Strong understanding of controls, risk, and financial reporting

Compensation

Total target compensation: $130K – $180K (base + bonus)
