Job summary

CI Financial Corp. is hiring an Investment Operations Associate to join the Client Experience team in Burlington/Toronto. In this client-facing role, you will investigate issues, gather information, and create solutions to support Investment Advisor clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide training to advisors, collaborate with other departments, and assist management on priority items. The base salary range is $60,000–$75,000, with compensation dependent on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client service experience in investment, banking or related industries.
• Industry-related academic experience or commitment toward further education.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid home/office environment.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisor clients with day-to-day inquiries across Systems, Compliance, Trading, Estates and more.
• Provide training to advisors and their branches/teams.
• Collaborate with other departments for multi-faceted issues.
• Work on project-specific tasks relating to procedural updates.
• Assist and support management on ad-hoc and priority items.
