  • Record and track corporate actions diligently, updating relevant systems in a timely manner to reflect changes impacting portfolios.
  • Manage treasury transactions by recording cash movements across multiple accounts and monitoring fund liquidity to ensure obligations are met without delay.
  • Complete deal-related paperwork meticulously, adhering to both internal policies and external regulatory requirements for compliance purposes.
  • Organise trade-related documents systematically for easy access during audits or reviews, maintaining robust documentation standards at all times.
  • Assist with account opening processes by preparing necessary documentation accurately and efficiently to support new business initiatives.

  • Support the ongoing maintenance of position management software by updating portfolio data accurately and tracking private transactions as well as bilateral derivative trades.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for counterparties, addressing operational issues related to trades or settlements with professionalism and clarity.
