Job summary

Desjardins Wealth Management invites you to join the Investment Development Program, where analysts tackle strategic projects across areas of Wealth Management and build a broad understanding of the organization.

Over two years you’ll analyze business challenges, identify risks and opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives while developing a strong professional network. Fluency in French is required; a finance degree is expected.

Qualifications

  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of French is required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business challenges, assess situations and make value-added recommendations.
  • Help identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous process improvement.

What you bring to the table
  • You’re completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, quantitative finance, portfolio management, financial analysis or another relevant field related to investments
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be consideredExperience
  • Knowledge of French is required
