  • Develop and execute business‑development strategies to identify and convert new opportunities across high‑net‑worth and institutional segments.
  • Cultivate a strong referral network through partnerships with legal professionals, accountants, and investment consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—portfolio construction, compliance, operations—to ensure seamless execution and high‑quality support.
  • Stay current on global markets, economic trends, and regulatory developments to inform client strategy and firm‑wide insights.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, maintaining full regulatory compliance and acting in the best interest of each client.
Qualifications

  • CFA charter holder and/or CIM designation required.
  • Current registration as an Advising Representative in good standing with the Ontario Securities Commission or another provincial securities regulator.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Canadian investment landscape, capital markets, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to gain the trust of sophisticated investors.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and growing assets under management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and synthesizing investment strategies.
  • Professional presence with strong presentation and client‑facing capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player and independent self‑starter with a commitment to excellence.
