Qualifications

Job description

As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you’ll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients and working across different products. You’ll work on deals and transactions across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Developing new client relationships and leading marketing
  2. Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals
  3. Reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution process forward
  4. Experience in training junior bankers
  5. Refining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
  6. Overseeing the creation of financial projection models
  7. Identifying and managing all risks in a given deal
  8. Liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g. lawyers, accountants, counterparties)
  9. Leading client negotiations, Q&A process and management interviews
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of Investment Banking experience post-MBA, or 6+ years of Investment Banking experience post-BA is required
  2. Previous experience with clients in the Metals & Mining space is highly preferred
