Job description

As an Associate, you will play a key role in our business strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include participating in the complete cycle of transactional execution, such as preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analyses, and preparing and presenting internal and client presentations. You will lead the implementation of execution functions, working closely with analysts, associates, and supporting senior bankers. This role aims to develop strong skills in investment banking and to demonstrate the capability to generate and execute transactions independently.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
  2. Interact daily with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives.
  3. Define, guide, and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses.
  4. Define, guide, and review detailed financial analyses related to M&A transactions or pitch situations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an investment banking front office role.
  • A strong academic background from a top-tier educational institution.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills.
  • Understanding of the transaction cycle and process, with an execution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
