Your Contribution

As a key member of the advisory team, you will be entrusted with increasing responsibilities to develop your skills and reputation. Your work will have a direct impact on clients and the firm.

Your role will include:

  1. Participating in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments
  2. Developing complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including macros and VBA programming
  3. Assisting in managing due diligence processes, including third-party advisors
  4. Developing asset valuations using various approaches
  5. Preparing client presentations and engaging in discussions
  6. Evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments
  7. Researching potential investment banking opportunities across sectors and geographies
  8. Maintaining marketing materials and creating pitch decks for potential clients

As part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, you may need to work beyond normal hours to fulfill your responsibilities.
