Analyst, Investment Banking | Private Capital Advisory

Brant Street Capital (“BSC”) is a fast-growing investment banking advisory firm specializing in private capital advisory. Since inception in late 2018, BSC has closed 150+ transactions, totaling $5B+ in transaction value.

OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Investment Banking Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing secondary transactions and providing valuable insights to meet our clients' ever-evolving needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing subsegments of the capital markets and the investment banking industry, working on complex financial transactions to serve our institutional clients.
The secondary market has experienced unprecedented growth in recent history, with global transaction values growing from $3B in 2000 to $150B+ since 2024. As a part of a boutique advisory firm in this fast-growing niche, you will play an integral and dynamic role on the investment banking team and work cross-functionally across the organization.
The successful candidate will assist in servicing clients who are some of the most sophisticated institutional investors in the world.

Job Type: Full time. As with any investment banking position, the ideal candidate holds a strong work ethic with a willingness to work for extended hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
