Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Investment Attraction Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a relationship builder capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results, be creative, adaptable, and work effectively with the business development team in response to investor leads and inquiries.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff and often working directly with the CEO, you will collaborate with team members nationally and internationally to realize IAC’s vision through strategic programs and initiatives. This role acts as a trusted business partner, advancing business goals through measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the executive leadership team in strategic initiatives and business development deal flow.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff to optimize time and deliverables.
  • Keep the team informed with research, policy updates, and collateral materials.
  • Support relationships with government and key stakeholders.
  • Create proposals and pitches for investors in collaboration with marketing and investor services.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with investors, government, and stakeholders to support deal flow.

  • Keep leadership informed of deal flow activities.
  • Support consistent messaging with sector experts.
  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, and investor services to meet objectives.
