Qualifikationen

• Must have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
• Strong investment knowledge across asset classes and vehicles.
• Proficient in data analysis with ability to review reports for accuracy.
• Meticulous with strong time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Execute trades with precision, prioritizing same-day requests and routing others to main trading days.
• Manage book-wide trades and reserve urgent activity for priority accounts.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Associates to transition new clients.
• Oversee portfolio accounts across daily to annual cycles to maintain performance and client alignment.
• Perform routine portfolio activities including monitoring, rebalancing, fundraising, and execution per client models.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews, generate reports, and maintain accurate account records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, provide timely trade confirmations, account updates, and compliance information.
