Job summary

Desjardins in Baie-Saint-Paul, Canada seeks an investment assistant to support member and client relationships, assess needs, and propose integrated solutions across securities products. You’ll contribute to discretionary management, mutual funds, ETFs and structured products while upholding service standards.

In this role you will analyze member/client needs, implement personalized solutions, and help negotiate agreements.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative assistance in the areas of compliance, budget monitoring and management of administrative staff to the manager of a large branch or a group of branches.
• Work with support services to resolve everyday operational issues in the branch or branches.
• Supervise the deposit of client cheques and handle complex operational tasks, including coordinating interest management for new issues
