• Experience with CRM systems such as Maximizer.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Investment Advisors with account documentation and reports.
• Service incoming client inquiries via phone and email.
• Support client relationships and respond to information requests.
• Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement.
• Maintain expense records and office administration.
