Position Details:

We are seeking an Investment and Planning Consultant to join our Wealth team. This role involves working closely with our Financial Advisors and members to consolidate assets, increase wallet share, and ensure member satisfaction through Servus's Wealth Management Process. You will foster a positive, professional environment in our branches, promoting growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address members' full financial needs, providing solutions or referring to Advisors
• Support and facilitate financial planning for members
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities and retain existing members
• Develop and implement sales plans targeting mid/high net worth individuals
• Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of financial advisory sales experience with thorough knowledge of financial planning, products, policies, and procedures
• Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience
• Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) certification
• MFDA License
