What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) for strategic planning, investment cases, and partnerships
• Analyze markets, competitors, and technology trends within cloud, AI, and enterprise infrastructure
• Create investor-facing decks, board-level presentations, and internal business cases
• Monitor KPIs and portfolio metrics to support ongoing performance reviews
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Legal teams during due diligence and contract negotiations
• Stay current on emerging technologies, M&A activity, and venture capital trends relevant to our space

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance
• Strong skills in Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations, and data analysis
• Experience with market tools like PitchBook, CB Insights, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Bonus Points

• Experience in the cloud, AI, or enterprise SaaS sectors
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python for data analysis
• CFA certification (or currently pursuing)
• Prior involvement in M&A or growth-stage tech funding
