Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Senior Personal Banker – Investing to deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience in branch, with a focus on investment advice and real estate secured lending. You will ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs, advise on TD products, collaborate with specialists, and stay informed about local market trends to support recommendations.

This role includes mobility within the assigned district and participation in the TD Total Rewards

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
CFSA within 90 days of hire; IFC accreditation preferred.
Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with investment advisory focus.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of investment products and Real Estate Secured Lending; promote TD products and services.
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs and guide customers to appropriate solutions; collaborate with specialists as needed.
Advance customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and tailored advice; ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
Be a subject matter expert in branch products, policies, and procedures for personal and business banking.
Engage in proactive customer outreach to discuss portfolio updates and opportunities within the assigned district.
