How you’ll succeed in this role :
  1. Leverage RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, managing their complex financial needs.
  2. Utilize RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
  3. Build trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service and advice.
  4. Collaborate with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support clients comprehensively.
A few details about what we’re looking for :
  1. 4-6 years of outbound sales experience with comfort in earning 100% commission.
  2. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or willingness to complete prior to start date.
  3. A passion for financial planning and an interest in portfolio management.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Nice to have :
  1. Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry.
  2. Completed certifications such as CPH, PFP, CIM, or CFA.
