Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Investment Advisor to join our CI Assante team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client portfolios, developing financial strategies, and supporting our Wealth Advisor. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, and current economic trends.

What You Will Do

  1. Assist in developing and implementing financial plans and strategies.
  2. Analyze financial data to determine optimal investment strategies for clients.
  3. Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  4. Monitor financial market trends to ensure plans are effective and identify necessary updates.
  5. Prepare reports on client accounts and create presentations for meetings.
  6. Collaborate with wealth managers and financial professionals to provide comprehensive advice.
  7. Handle administrative duties such as managing client information and processing paperwork.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards.
  10. Provide administrative support as needed.
