Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of outbound sales experience.
  • Completion of Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and Retail Securities Exam (RSE), or ability to complete them prior to start.
  • Passion for financial planning and portfolio management.
  • Background in direct marketing within financial services with success in high-value sales.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with diverse clients.

  • Create customized portfolios and wealth plans leveraging RBC investment and wealth management resources.

Job Requirements
  • The candidate will be required to have 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and be comfortable working on 100% commission.
  • The candidate should have completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE), or be able to complete them prior to the start date.
  • The candidate must be passionate about financial planning and genuinely interested in portfolio management.
  • The candidate must have a background in direct marketing within financial services and show success in high value sales and business growth, regardless of discipline.
  • The candidate will be expected to build strong relationships and connect with individuals from different backgrounds.
  • The candidate must hold recognized certifications in Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
