  • The candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients in the branch and delivering an outstanding service experience through transactions, while identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for focusing on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.
  • The candidate will be responsible for contributing to team results by listening and identifying opportunities to provide advice, introduce clients to RBC partner capabilities, or personally fulfil client solutions.
  • The candidate will be required to take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
  • The candidate must manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.
Job Requirements
  • The candidate must be a goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
  • The candidate should possess strong drive and self-motivation, supported by excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • The candidate will be required to demonstrate digital literacy across a wide range of devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.

  • The candidate will be required to show eagerness to learn and a strong determination to succeed.
  • The candidate must demonstrate confidence and the ability to learn financial concepts, along with a willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry.
  • The candidate must hold Mutual Funds accreditation.
