Forte Workplace Law is looking for an Investigations Case Manager/Litigation Paralegal to provide 18 months of coverage for a maternity leave to support our team of workplace investigators and our rapidly growing labour and litigation practice groups. The primary focus of this position will be to assist with file and workflow oversight for all our investigations as well as gathering evidence and information and direct involvement in some of the investigations. The secondary focus for this position will be paralegal support for our labour litigation and employment law litigation. Our ideal candidate is tech savvy, with strong file management skills, investigations, litigation and/or labour law experience, and a desire and willingness to be part of the team on all workplace‑related legal claims.

This is a full‑time hybrid position with flexibility to work from home and our Surrey Office.
This position is full‑time. We are open to remote work, and our preference is someone who can work at least 3 days per week out of our office in Surrey. We expect full‑time work in office for the first 3 months while you get to know our team and systems. Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience and is expected to be in the range of $30 to $40 per hour.
