Wage will be between $26-$28/hour to start. Applicants should have a Grade 12 education, 2+ years warehouse experience, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and forklift certification. Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in heavy equipment, trucking, automotive, or industrial sector.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, document, organize, and maintain inventory; update systems; resolve discrepancies; process returns and restock.
• Warehouse & Operational Support: Prepare and stage parts for repairs; coordinate distribution; prioritize urgent parts; maintain clean, safe warehouse.
• Administrative & Systems Support: Enter and maintain inventory in Point of Rental; document shipping/receiving/warranty info; assist with warranty processing; provide admin support to Parts Department.
