Job description

Job Title: Inventory/Returns Specialist

Job Duties:
  1. Understand P&L reporting (financial responsibility)
  2. Ensure operational excellence in all warehouse functions
  3. Perform all job duties independently (All hands on)
  4. Unload automotive parts from 40 ft containers (Hand off load)
  5. Record and maintain inventory accurately
  6. Manage full cycle return process: receive, inspect, communicate, order parts, and put away products in a timely manner
  7. Utilize computer systems (WMS, NetSuite, Desktop shipper) effectively
  8. Handle returns cycle: inspect, ensure system movement accuracy, perform repairs, clean, post on web, BTS
  9. Ensure re-packed products meet standards and are accurate
  10. Work in a dock environment with exposure to weather conditions and dust
Experience:
  1. Proficiency with computer systems (WMS, multiple screens, data entry, order research)
  2. Experience with laptops and RF scanners
  3. Keen attention to detail
  4. Ability to lift boxes over 50 lbs
  5. Ability to stand for long periods
  6. Self-motivated and proactive
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Leadership/managerial experience (minimum 4 years)
  9. Experience with P&L management (minimum 4 years)
  10. Forklift experience: turret, sit-down, cherry picker (minimum 3 years)
  11. WMS software experience (minimum 4 years)
Job Details:
  • Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, day shift
