Job summary

Katimavik, a Quebec-based manufacturing company, is looking for an Inventory Analyst to join the planning team in Saint-Jérôme. You will optimize and control inventory levels, work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems, and support stock accuracy initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a DEC or equivalent diploma and 3–5 years of inventory management experience, with strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a results‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory discrepancies, make adjustments, and identify root causes.
• Manage cycle counts and monitor financial and quantitative accuracy KPIs.
• Analyze issues related to transactions, consumption, and overconsumption/underconsumption.
• Collaborate with the materials planner to prevent stockouts.
• Improve processes and optimize the store, particularly by reducing picking time.
