Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking an Operations Associate to support store leadership by maintaining stockroom organization, processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling eCom orders.

You will help optimize inventory, drive sales, and uphold brand presentation while delivering friendly, customer-focused service to every guest and supporting the team in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and is organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory control.
• Process shipments and replenish sales floor stocks; manage markdowns and merchandising.
• Fulfill eCommerce orders and support online-to-offline fulfillment.
• Support inventory optimization to maximize store sales and profitability.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service and assist teammates as needed.
