Convoy Supply Ltd. in Canada is hiring an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, inbound/outbound shipments, returns, and interbranch transfers. You will ensure accurate stock records and support smooth warehouse workflow.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, communication with branches and vendors, and maintaining a safe, efficient operation. Prior warehouse experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of inventory management experience including cycle counts.
• Experience in warehouse operations or administration.
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Forklift operation experience or certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments for timely processing.
• Inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Resolve order discrepancies with vendor and purchasing agent.
• Process outbound shipments and walk-in customer notes in system.
• Oversee returns with proper documentation and handling.
• Coordinate interbranch transfers for inventory movement.
• Maintain cycle counts and reorder stock when low.
• Communicate professionally with branches, vendors, and customers.
• Manage data entry and paperwork for transactions.
• Assist with stock organization, labeling, and safety.
