Are you skilled in Excel and SAP, and looking to play a key role in the financial management of inventory across North America? This is the opportunity for you! As an Inventory – Finance Specialist, you will actively contribute to oversight, standardization, and optimization of inventory across Canada and the U.S., while acting as a strategic partner to controllers and operational teams.

  • Salary range 005: 82 600$ à 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role:

  • Oversee month-end close and inventory reconciliation across internal sites and 3PLs, including variance analysis and recharging of unexplained losses;

  • Maintain a proactive financial oversight on inventory levels, returns, physical counts, and manufacturing components (e.g., pallets, bins, boxes);

  • Collaborate with Finance, S&OP, and Logistics teams to analyze, standardize, and share inventory KPIs (inventory $, DOH, at-risk stock, etc.);

  • Support the implementation and optimization of SAP inventory processes, including coaching of plant stakeholders;

  • Assist the Costing team in ad hoc inventory revaluation and write-down analyses;

  • Act as a reference for internal controls related to inventory and ensure their application while driving continuous improvement.

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a CPA designation (or 2–3 years of equivalent experience);

  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables — Power Query is a plus) and hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, MM);

  • Strong analytical mindset, rigor in accounting, and a passion for reliable, well-interpreted data;

  • Team player with excellent communication skills in both English and French, and ability to collaborate across multisite teams in Canada and the U.S.;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced month-end and continuous improvement environment.
