Job summary

No Frills in Ontario is seeking Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while maintaining clean, safe department areas. Training is provided, and flexibility for days, evenings and weekends is required.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts. This is a unionized position with comprehensive team support and opportunities for growth within the store network.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
