Job summary

No Frills in Ontario is seeking Store Team Members to help deliver a positive, in-store shopping experience. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and ensure products meet quality standards across the department.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This unionized role offers starting pay between $17.95 and $18.45 per hour with flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
