JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:



The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for administrating and maintaining shipping and inventory reports on a daily basis. Compiles records and reconciles discrepancies in inventory, and conducts regular inventory counts to insure accuracy.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure inventory is processed accurately and promptly, including but not limited to receiving and storing inventory items.
  • Picking, packaging, processing and shipping sales orders.
  • Coordinating logistics, sending pre-alerts and uploading POD.
  • Pulling and issuing inventory items needed for service and WO's.
  • Running and entering cycle counts.
  • Investigating shipping and receiving errors.
  • Housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by placing and taking inventory out of proper locations.
  • Respond to email inquiries promptly.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate accurate proficiency in data entry
  • Must be familiar with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with JDE is preferred
  • Forklift certification required


This position is classified as safety sensitive and employment would be conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
